Why is sony so desperate? Sell it full price you just had a price drop.
It would be pretty easy for Sony to sell more this year after all they sold out during the initial launch last year for a few weeks. Come back with NPD numbers Sony to back that press release and those better not be shipped numbers.

The Dude has a gaming room with four 360's for game launches like halo 3. No issue with any of my 360's but my ps3 is getting all dusty and we all know about the dust issues. My wii is working fine also.

Wow if your looking to the ps3 for kick ass graphics thats a joke. My pc runs circles around it. LOL
But when we get down to it the 360 smokes the ps3 graphic wise. Every game comparison and review shows the 360 as the winner.
Look if you want a game system with just ok games and no library and a failing high def format go with the ps3. But if your a gamer and want a kick ass gaming system and library get the 360 it is the hands down winner.
I own four 360 and not one has had any issues. On the other hand I did have two of my ps2 fail and also one gamecube.
I'd be more concerned about my ps3 having dust issues or WSOD.
It's always about next year and in 2008 you'll be crying that its going to be 2009. LOL
I'd be more worried about dust getting to my ps3 besides there are like no games to play.

The HD tables are turning fast and the hd-a3 is selling out everywhere this holiday. By this time next year blu-ray will be @ 20% if that. Sooner or later you ps3 fanboys will have to start buying games to support developers or its over for the ps3.
Not one crash Mass Effect just kick ass with superb game play. I am willing to bet more ps3 users have WSOD on Assassins Creed than 360 players have issues with Mass Effect. And there are twenty times more people playing Mass Effect than Assassins Creed. Lastly I'd be more concerned about the ps3 having dust issues than this. I mean the ps3 collects so much dust when its not played.
Didn't sony take a ps3 blu-ray survey and 80 percent polled didn't know what blu-ray was. LOL
I can't wait till this time next year when blu-ray is further behind and the ps3 is a distant third in the console war.
You can't argue with logic like that. The 360 will continue to crush the ps3. And with the the cost of HD-DVD players below 200 the ps3 is becoming a joke. I mean most people bought the ps3 as a cheap blu-ray player.

Blu-ray camp declared victory 11 months ago funny how the tables turn. I just bought five hd-a3 players as gifts yesterday, another five nails in blu-rays coffin.

Do you really think a platform that out sells the ps3 10 to 1 in games is going to have any problem with releases for 2008. On the other hand ps3 gamers have turned into movie buffs and no longer buy games.
